Do I need an appointment?+

No. Walk-ins are welcome during sales hours, but an appointment is recommended for a specific vehicle so the team can confirm availability and have it ready.

Can I buy completely online?+

Many steps can start remotely, including vehicle selection, preliminary financing, trade-in information and document collection. Final identity verification, signatures, funding and delivery may still require dealership confirmation.

Can you hold a vehicle for me?+

A short courtesy hold may be possible only after dealership approval and may require a deposit. A vehicle is not held until staff confirms it.

Do the cars come with a warranty?+

Warranty status depends on the exact vehicle and final buyer paperwork. Some vehicles may have remaining factory coverage or qualify for an optional service contract, but coverage must be confirmed.

Can I use my own bank or credit union?+

Yes. Outside financing is accepted subject to funding verification before delivery.

Can I return a car if I change my mind?+

There is no general automatic return right. Any return or exchange option must be specifically documented in writing.
